Damned nation is largely orientated around funk, mixed with a bit of metal. Jaelen writes the music, and is largely inspired by Rage Against the Machine, as you can probably hear in the music.

Damnednation successfully fuses the heavier sounds of metal with the upbeat groove of modern funk.

We take sounds influenced from bands such as Pantera, Rage Against the Machine and Red Hot Chilli Peppers and put them together with a style of songwriting similar to that of "The Real Thing" era Faith No More.
