Elliott Bell & the New Levites

The New Levites was founded in August of 2005 by Elliott Bell, during a Summer Choir Workshop held by a friend of his. He, along with some friends who were participating as section leaders in the choir, were asked to form a group to do a selection at the workshop. During the final rehearsal the spirit of the Lord revealed to the founder that those people whom were in the rehearsal were to be apart of the group and vision that the Lord had given him. Those people were: Jannette Sullivan, Carmella Berthia, Willis Ware, Frank Lee Jr., Matthew Williams, and Serenity Evans. Later on in the year the Lord added on 3 more tenors, Jarrell Cobb, Larry Jackson and Min. LeAndrick Jackson. The groups' first ministry opportunity was given to sing at the Summer Choir Music Workshop in August of 2005 in Chicago IL., thus starting the groups ministry as the New Levites.There are approximatly 9 members of the group (2 of which are away at school) these young people are saved, love the Lord and love singing God's praises.
