About Me

Jeremy Russell was born in 1987 in Phoenix, Arizona. At the age of 5 he began playing guitar and by the age of 8 he was already playing in a couple of bands. Jeremy currently lives in Flagstaff Arizona where he works on refining his unique style of music which combines instrumental progressive rock and metal with blues and funk. Jeremy spends most of his time in his home studio (Innovation Records) where he records, produces, plays, and writes all instrumental parts for clients as well as mixing and mastering clients CD's. He will play with any band for a decent amount of pay and is always willing to help a new artist get on his/her feet. Jeremy’s 2007 self released album (Let the Guitar Speak) features 15 original songs by Jeremy, that Jeremy played guitar, bass, drums, mandolin and, keyboard on as well as recorded, mixed and mastered himself other musicians featured are Rafe Sweet, Justin Russell, and Larry Craig. Let the Guitar Speak is available for $10.00 When Jeremy is not in the studio he spends his time studying music at Northern Arizona University and playing with his bands Axiom, Inkchild, and Simply Brokken. Jeremy also works as a demo guitar player demonstrating guitar amps for Bruce Zinky of Zinky Electronics at the NAMM show in Anaheim, California. Jeremy hopes to one day be able to play in front of big crowds all over the world and be able to support him self by only playing music. Jeremy is now working on his second solo CD (Microtrauma) which should be available early 2009.Check out Jeremy's other projects.www.myspace.com/axiomflg, www.myspace.com/simplybrokken, www.myspace.com/inkchildazYou can also hear Jeremy play on these sites.www.myspace.com/justinlrussell, www.myspace.com/innovationrecordsaz
