From a very young age he was in constant contact with Music, his passion for music was mostly influenced by his father, a pianist of the orchestra in the Armed Forces, and his mother that collected vinyl discs. These reasons were the beginning of his first investigations on music. Throughout the years this musical knowlegde made him a great and excellent artist.He discovers for the first time the electronic music by the hand of great world-wide artists such as: Technotronic, New Order, Yazoo, among others and obtains his first vinyl plates SL 1100, which they only had a rotatory pair of pitch (33 & 45), and they where used for playing music.His carreer as a Dj started at the age of 16 perfoming in different underground electronic parties in Uruguay. After several years of constant investigation and evolution, this artist begins to introduce himself in the world of electronic music. This is when he decides to buy his first trays SL 1200 and inmediately begins to take his first official steps like a professional dj.After perfoming several years in electronic private parties, this artist begins to have his first experiences in main clubs in Montevideo such as Milenio, W. Lounge. At this time this artist was the producer and responsabile for the organization of important events like Electrosummer, ElectroAutumn (Milenio), Vincent Bar, Hypnotica, Halloween en White Club, Frecuencies01, Deep Zounds, and Intelligent Sounds, which gathered all the national djs. This made him famous joining the list of the best..s djs around the country.In 2001, being a recognized artist in his country, he decides to go to Miami with the intentions to acquire a greater experience and maturity like an artist. In this experience he has the opportunity to participate in some of the most important clubs of this city: Liquid, Opium Garden, Breez (Pre-Billboard Live) and in repeated ocations his music was played in the most important radio of Miami: The Womb.After remaining 3 years in Miami and acquiring a great experience, Santa Cruz decides to return to Uruguay where he was very well received, participating in important festivals as: “Fiesta de la Xâ€, which gathered more than 50.000 people. He perfomed in Buenos Aires, Argentina in New York New York club and was invited to be resident at Mariah Mariah club due to his great perfomance as a guest dj in 2005.Nowadays this artist has a defined musical style, Techno sounds, although he is an admirer of all electronic music in general. With great influences of House and always maintaining a personal style, throughout his carreer we can find in his sets different variations, but always maintaining the Techno style, accompanied by its good technique, fine musical selection, handling of track and with great charisma towards its public.
