Burning Love is the story of Julie, who finds herself in a loveless, abusive marriage for twenty-five years. Every day was getting worse. All she ever dreamed of was being truly loved. She had accepted her fate, until a handsome stranger walked into her life and offered her a job at his clothing store. At first, she refused, until she discovered that her husband had been lying to her for years. So she decided to take the stranger up on his offer. She was very attracted to Michael, her boss, but she wouldn’t give in to temptation. She would never betray her vows, no matter what. But after more abuse from her husband, she found herself at Michael’s house, deciding that she would stay there for a while with her daughter until she could get on her feet.
