living life, loving life, living love... i love to laugh so hard that my face aches from smiling and my tummy hurts from the laughter. playing with words. dancing in my shed...dancing in general - movement, music, rhythms, travelling and meeting different people, investigation of the interconnectedness of things and peoples, sitting in silence with my friends or having long conversations, just being our own selves. herbal tea, doing dishes by hand, beaches, pianos, poetry, triple soy mochas, kombucha, keeping physically and mentally active and learning.
