I'm a everyday person like most. I work all week to have fun on the weekends and sometimes just to relax. Everyone has a story...some are just better than others, right?
I've really become more attached to music once again and do a lot of singing when I get the chance. Type of voice or sounds like??? I've been compared to Neil Diamond...now if I just had his money! But when I go out to do karaoke at my local hangout, my most requested song to sing is "Sweet Caroline". But I like doing old 70's rock songs, as well as some crooning but that's a rarity due to the crowd. Maybe an Elvis tune or Harry Connick...like I said, rare!
I have my own equipment and setup for doing karaoke and I recently hosted my 30 year reunion which was a hoot! I didn't realize how loud my sound system really was...scary!!! I just wish more would've braved the microphone and let loose to have fun.
So like most here on MySpace, I'm here to meet new friends and hopefully some in the area that like to sing. I'm glad to be back in the area and closer to my daughter who all on her own, decided to take an interest in music. I'm very proud of her accomplishment in such a short span of time. Look out Kenny G!!!
