The SkanX were a punk band based in Glasgow, Scotland, that got together through Tina(bass/vox) & Sean(guitar/vox) in the summer of 2006 . After a few line-up changes the band finally found their most productive line-up with the addition of Jonny(drums) & Tam(guitar). They played a lot of local shows as well as supporting some big names such as The Vibrators, Sonic Boom Six and LeftOver Crack. In Ocotber 2007 Tina decided to quit the band, she was replaced by Dot. The SkanX played one show with Dot on Febuary 22nd 2008, this was to be their last show.Sean, Tam & Jonny have started anew band called Screamin Harlots: www.myspace.com/screaminharlots The page is abit bare right now but pix and songs will be up soon!
