About Me

Hi, I've just launched my new website at: www.theshiatsuguy.com Please visit to find out more about my therapies and health products.
I began My studies in early 2001 at the London College of Zen Shiatsu and Zone Therapy after doing a 6-week taster course with a former student of the same college.
Over the years I added various other therapies to my arsenal of treatments, including Moxibustion, Cranio-sacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and R.E.S.E.T. (with the exception of Moxibustion all of these can be included in a shiatsu treatment giving additional benefits to the treatment).
I have worked on a wide variety of conditions with many excellent responses, including depression, back pain, weak ankles, insomnia, osteoporosis, eczema, chemo patients, stroke victims and the elderly. I use the Masunaga system to treat both by Eastern Medicine diagnosis and also by symptom, as required.
Zone Therapy, as taught by my college, developed out of Zen Shiatsu, and greatly aids and complements the release of held tension, pain, inflammation and general stagnant energy.
In the summer of 2007 I became interested in the applications of Shiatsu in onsite massage chairs, being inspired by Jim of Hands On Integrated Health, Camden. I took an onsite massage course and began giving Chair Shiatsu with great results.
Now I practice traditional floor shiatsu and shorter sessions in onsite massage chairs.
I’m interested in working with Cancer patients, Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation and HIV/Aids patients to explore the possibilities of strengthening the immune system and relieving symptoms naturally.
Visit me at www.theshiatsuguy.com to book a treatment, or call me on 07951 621 308
