Hello! I am a singer/songwriter/pianist based out of New York State. I'm currently recording my first "official" EP... its tentative release is Spring 2010!!! I'm living in Manhattan, pursuing a Masters degree in Literacy Education @ NYU; I plan to get a full time elementary teaching position starting in Fall 2010. I studied piano under Rebecca Wirehouse at Yamaha Music School for 11 years, and found myself wearing out a Billy Joel cassette tape at the age of 14. The combination of these helped spark my current passion for music. By writing songs and constantly playing out, I've met many musicians from whom I've learned so much. Some of the band's I've played in include "Northern Lights" and "The Tryloves," both college bands. I love collaborating with other musicians, so please contact me if you feel so inclined!
