About Me

Professional MySpace Layouts by Iron Spider
I enjoy creative photography, boudoir photography , fine art, live artist especially blues photography and artist portraiture of any kind. I started my photography interest at the age of 18. While serving overseas in the early sixties like many G.I.'s I bought a 35mm because of the cheap prices. After discharged and armed with a new camera and photography classes from the then "Memphis State". I ventured forth and was smitten with photography especially working in the Black and White darkrooms. In recent years I have rekindled my interest in creative photography using the digital medium. I manage to salvage some of my earlier works and converted a few to what I think are fine quality images and I have also created new images of which I think can be enjoyed by many. The digital media is new, exciting and sometimes with challenging for me but I have produced several creative images that I am proud of in both black and white and color. Within recent years my work has appeared in locations ranging from the Dr Sam Patterson Library at Baptist Women's Hospital, Underground Art in the Cooper-Young district, the Artist on Central gallery and the Playhouse on the square during last years Art Auction. I am a native Memphian and have working in creative photography since the early seventies.Photography by Ceej Get Your Own! | View Slideshow
