That's right, 26.2 miles! I have agreed to run a Marathon in San Francisco, California in 2006 Nike Women's Marathon.I have signed up with Team in Training, a non-profit organization that fundraises for blood cancers. As a member of TNT I have pledge to raise funds and train in honor of New York City residents whose lives have been affected by blood cancers.My two Honored Teammates are Kathryn Davis, a 3 year old girl diagnosed last January with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia; and Caitlyn Herman, a 24 year old Graduate Student and survivor of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. These Honored Teammates are my inspiration and who will keep me going mentally and physically during the toughest parts of training.
