About Me

Vincent Craig was born June 6, 1950 in Crownpoint NM to Bob and Nancy Craig. Between the ages of 5-7, my Mom supplementd our income by sewing, and she would always ask me to sing to her. My favorite singer at the time was Johnny Horton, and I would do an entire repertioure from memory. I especially liked to sing in church, and would try to harmonize with other singers. I have three sons; Dustinn; Nephi; and Shiloh. They all have a special place in my heart, equally. Between the years of 7-11, I lived at the "Indian Village" near Church Rock NM. There I met one of my greatest influences in life, my 4th and 5th grade teacher Andy Prather. Our class published "THE CHURCHROCK EXPRESS", put on a Christmas puppet show about "Randolph The Red Nosed Moose", explored and found 4 of the fabled "7 Cities of Gold", learned Swiss Style Rappelling, and so many other intriguing things. In the summer following the 5th grade, my family sent me on the LDS Placement Program. I stayed 7 wonderful years with Melvin and Nelda Cook in Torey, Utah. I will never be able to repay them for their input into my spiritual realm. During this phase my musical influences were still Johnny Horton, Waylon Jennings, Don Williams etc. On the other side, my 60's influences were The Animals, Beatles, Neil Diamond, Yardbirds, Bob Dylan, The Smothers Brothers, etc. I joined the Marines in July 1969 and was honorably discharged in June 1973. While stationed in Ohau Hawaii, I met a beautiful young lady named Mariddie Ann Johnson who was a student at the Church College of Hawaii (Presently BYU Hawaii). Thus I finally found my "Muse". I have been blessed.

Its hard to imagine Rush Limpbough not being on the air, but there he was. The sole survivor of the Non-Indian Rapture. Why had he been left behind? Was this an act of providence? The only differe...
