Barz Vic (Chris Finch) was born and raised in Beaufort, North Carolina. 1996 he moved to Newport NC and met Sean Oli and got into making music. In the beginning they attempted to just rhyme making 90 minute mixtapes just rhyming to beats on cassette. Then, they eventually progress to making actual songs. They created a rap group named "Spit Game" and they rhymed for people at after school sports events.Barz Vic quickly got a buzz on the streets and was favorite to be the first to get a record deal out the neighborhood. With a sickening flow. Hard hitting puchlines and creativeness he was considered the "Total Pakage" to some people. Barz Vic released an EP in 2001 called: "The Almighty EP"; Which was very rare (There was only one copy just passed around). Vic also holds a buzz online after working with various artist online as well as producers.Barz has no released his 2 year overdue EP entitled "The Grand Closing". 9 Tracks featuring fellow Rebel E members Ced Hughes and Shawn "MasterMynd" Jones.
