My names Marcos, but some people call me Spade which I prefer. Mostly cause for some reason people can’t get Marcos right, they instead try and pronounce it Marcus or Mark. But whatever, I’ve dealt with it my whole life; it’s kind of hard to stop it now. I’m not really good at talking about myself, so maybe it’ll be easier on me if I just write a few random facts about myself:
The first time you meet me, you’ll think I’m shy but as you get to know me you’ll realize I just prefer not to talk at some points.
I have a unique personality I carry all the time in which I’m always calm and cool, yet angry and frustrated at the exact same time.
It’s pretty obvious what kind of music I’m into, but I also like other music like classical music for instance. That’s right, I said it, CLASSICAL. I find it can be very twisted in a way, depending on how it’s used.
I’m not a smoker, but I do enjoy a cigar every now and then.
I like to drink, but mostly just liquor and a variety of mixed drinks.
When I’m drunk, I’m not crazy or out of control or anything. I’m actually more relaxed and a whole lot more social.
Gambit from the X-men has been one of my role models when I was a kid; which is one of the few reasons why I use the Ace of Spades as my trademark to this day.
I feel a strange connection with wolves, leaving me to believe I was one in another lifetime.
I’ve never been a “talk on the phone” kind of guy, and probably never will be. No offense to anyone on the other line, it just bores me quicker then usual.
I have a strange fascination of balancing things.
I’m a big gamer, but you probably knew that already.
I see myself as a modern day pirate.
Back in the day, pirates made a free life for themselves, whether it meant cheating life or taking short cuts. Either way, they didn’t let themselves get pulled down into a modern working life; they instead did what they enjoyed doing to get them through. I have the same attitude in life, which is why I’m in a band, trying to make it big and getting paid for something I enjoy. I share the same goal of a pirate, a life of freedom.
