He actually started rapping at about the age of 12. At this time Dallas had a radio station called 100.3 JAMZ, who gave out prize money for people who would battle rap on the air. After winning these competitions numerous times, it became quite evident that his future would be in entertainment. Acity didnt actually pursue a career in hip hop until 1999, when he met current group member and CEO of Savage Recordz Rahim Handy (rain). He and other group members came together to form the group SAVAGE, and its been non-stop ever since. Since then as a whole Acity and the group SAVAGE have done over 50 shows in the Dallas/FT Worth area alone, along with multiple shows performed in various cities around the country including Houston, San Antonio, New Jersey, Austin, and California. Acity, the under-undergrounds only true legend is guaranteed to give any mc a run for his money. His extreme versatility allows him to be able to bring forth life to any beat, and bang on any street. His strong southern accent, and charisma allows him to easily maneuver any crowd into a crunk mode. In addition to his southern flare, Acity is also very capable of painting breath taking illustrations depicting his life and opinions over the beats.
