Anyone who is interested in game design and is either musically or artistically inclined.
I'm listening to a remix Faye Wong's "Eyes On Me", one of the themes from Final Fantasy VIII, if that gives you any idea. I like Queen a lot, but I thought Queen was a person for the longest time, and I'm still having troubles remembering Freddie Mercury's name (and I'm even more clueless about spelling...). David Bowie has a lot that I appreciate, Julie Brown is a lot of fun, and then I like a few songs here and there, mostly stuff that tends to be really popular, "This Love", "Love Fool", "Bitter Sweet Symphony", "Tom's Diner", "Bohemian Rhapsody" (of course), anything byLibera, most soundtracks to games and movies, particularly John Williams and Danny Elfman (The Nightmate Before Christmas is a favorite). I also like a lot of musicals, above all Man of la Mancha (The Don Quixote musical) and its "Impossible Dream", but also The Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables, Carmen (I guess that is opera), Little Shop of Horrors, and so forth and so on. Nobuo Uematsu is my favorite composer, and I enjoy playing classicaly music on the clarinet. Remixes of video game music have a very special place in my hear. I enjoy music more when I can associate it with a particular story, mood, character, or event, which is why sound tracks from games, movies and musicals appear so often on the list. I like popular music mostly because it is catchy and occasionally because parts resonate with me, but that is rare.
MOVIES SUXORS (except the Shaw Shank Redemption, and anything with Johnny Depp) No, actually I love all sorts of movies, but I'm too lazy to even start listing. I like lots of Japanese movies, and then anything that is quality. Oh, and soft core lesbian pornography. Gotta love Misty Mundae. Hmm, well, it is funny, at least.
Anything except for what my room mate has been constantly watching this semester. So, no reality tv, no dating shows, no passions... Oh, and the usual, family guy, sea lab, futurama, those are all good. I also like X-files, Buffy, Angel, Smallville and other strange things like that. Star Trek, most of those have been pretty good... not a big fan of the original though.
Don Quixote, Harry Potter, anything by Donaldson (especially Mordant's Need), Tolkien, Koji Suzuki... that is it for now.
Too many people to count. Pretty much anyone who has dared to believe in theirselves. (the use of "theirselves" with "anyone" here is intentional)
