He's still MY American Idol.
Well, My name is Heather, I"m nineteen. Umm, I really like music. A lot. I also really hate people who think A lot is one word. Or any other bad grammar for that matter. I'm usually a very happy person, and I get along with most people quite easily. I'm a junior in college (credit wise at least). Although I was a social studies education major, I've switched again back to Music Industry. I've realized I have to go after what I want and stop listening to what other people want me to do. Music is the one thing I actually am passionate about and I've realized I will never be happy unless I can make money doing what I love (and teaching bratty teenagers history is NOT it). I live in the smallest town ever and I hate it, mostly because I'm allergic to everything in nature and my little itsy-bitsy village is right smack in the middle of it. I'm definitely a bit of a girly-girl, I like my romantic comedies, cry too easily (but get over it quickly), and have the worst guilt conscience in the world (I can't kill a bug without feeling guilty that I may have killed a baby bugs mommy or daddy and now they're going to grow up as orphan bugs and suffer all sorts of catastrophes. yes, I'm pathetic. And I hate it.) Some people think I'm a "slob", but I say I'm not. I'm just carefree who thinks there are better things to do with your time rather than make sure everything is neat. I love baseball, but don't watch many other sports, unless its the Olympics, when you can't get me away from the TV. I love poker and my poker nights with my AMAZING friends. I have a wonderful boyfriend whom I've been with for 3 years and counting. We have our moments, but when it comes down to it, we're really perfect for each other and I love him very much. As I said, Music is MY LIFE...my favorite being motown and soul. I personally admire anyone who makes their own music, whether its writing, playing an instrument, or producing your own music. I admire Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, Alicia Keys, Timbaland, Andrew Lloyd Weber, David Foster, John Mayer, Louis Armstrong, George Gershwin, and many many more. I hope to some day scout or produce for artists like these. I also have a very unhealthy obsession with American Idol (it's endearing, I promise). I've loved it since season 2, and I am pretty much the 4th judge : ) I love sarcasm (but don't usually get it) and I love to laugh. And I do it a lot (note the space between the words). And that's why I'm pretty much amazing.
