I am the mother of a wonderful, beautiful, smart 6 year old girl named Sydney. She is the center of my world. I teach high school math and science at Alexandria Senior High School - the best high school around. I also sponsor the yearbook at ASH. I grew up in Alexandria and have never dreamed of living anywhere else, which some would construe as boring, but everything I've ever known is here. I am currently going through a divorce from my husband of 11 years. Even though it was my decision, things are really rough right now.
