About Me
Awakening is a youth run, youth focused project run by an enthusiastic team of young people in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Supporting local bands and giving local kids something to do in a safe, drug and alcohol free environment, we aim to bring music to the people of Melbourne in an attempt to represent the local music scene like it never has been before.

Awakening is a 100% non profit organisation, and we aren't heavily supported by any major sponsors. Any money made from our events goes straight back into the very next event.
All the lights, equipment, security etc that you see at our events, all cost money, money that comes from our own pockets.
Every dollar we receive in donations helps us make Awakening bigger and better!
