The Insound from Way Out with Special Guests Mark de Clive Lowe and Grudgemonkeya
Ladies and Gentlemen, from the bowels of the darkest Lancashire valleys in murkiest ye olde England comes a big 'ay up thuuur' and welcome to t'In Sound From Way Out.
The show is presented club DJs (both of the 'night' and 'working mens' varieties) by Stan Lee, Ritzy's number 1 (as seen on TV) and Diesler, a Burnley based musician who has knocked out two albums on Brighton label Tru Thoughts.
T'ethos behind t'In Sound From Way Out is to present an overview of t'nu-jazz scene encompassing hip-hop, funk, soul, house, broken beat, and electronica. This will include music currently being promoted by record labels & distributors, as well as giving exposure to t'tracks which have inspired current artists.
T'programme will also contain regular artist showcases and will feature interviews, live sessions and DJ mixes and gathers music from around t'globe, from Barcalona to Blackburn, California to Colne, Paris to Preston. We aim to source only t'best music to please everybody and their mothers. Especially their mothers.
Guests have so far included t'New Mastersounds,Mr Scruff, Domu, The Innocent Sorcerers, Flevans, Zero db and Omega Watts.
Right, now we have set out our stall enjoy t'music!
