I'm a free spirited woman, who's intensely loyal to family and friends. I lived in a commune in the mid-seventies and never moved away in my mind. I love to laugh, have a fun sense of humor, that can border on the perverse and cynical. I try not to take anything too seriously, 3 divorces taught me that. I have 3 grown children and 2 young grandchildren who are the best things I've done in my life. I have a great brother who I adore. I'm a tanner, a smoker, an occasional drinker, I'm not looking for anyone to complete me as a person...if I were any more complete, I'd have to buy bigger clothes. I still wear patchouli and burn incense after all these years. I got on a surfboard for the first time last year, it won't be my last. Dogs and little kids like me and I guess that says a lot.
You scored as Mermaid. Mermaid: Mermaids are also known as Sirens. These creatures were beautiful women who tricked sailors into becoming completely entranced by their haunting voices and found death soon after. Not all stories of Mermaids are about gentle loving sea people. They are mystical, magical, and extremely dangerous. They have a way about them that brings anyone they are around to seem enchanted. They are very mysterious creatures and to meet one... Would mean certain Death. Let the song of the Sea fill your soul, for you are a Mermaid.

My Interests

Reading, Gabriel Garcia Marquez is my favorite author. Music, listening not playing I tried playing the juice harp once, I hurt myself. Hanging out, laughing. Hell at my age just having a good time with friends and not falling and breaking a hip makes the top of my list..just kidding.

I'd like to meet:

people...anywhere and everywhere. After reading my about me section if you're still interested, good for you. This is something George W. doesn't want the public to see. Support our troops, bring them home alive.

Music:

Neil Young, named a son after him. Santana, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, Janis Joplin, Van Morrison, Buffalo Springfield, Dave Hartman, Dan Fogelberg, James Taylor, CSN&Y, Jonny Lang, Beatles, The Doors, Steely Dan, Sheryl Crow, Jimi Hendrix, the Stones, any and all Blues, my mind goes on, my fingers get tired, I think you get the point. My first concert was the Guess Who.

Movies:

Ya got me there, haven't really been to many, when the Tolkien Trilogy came out I went to all of those. The Baghdad Cafe, it's the story of me. I really liked Fight Club, Harold and Maude, Dead Man with Johnny Depp and Neil does the sound track, if you haven't seem it you should check it out, it's incredible!! I'm sure I'll think of others when I'm not under the emotional strain of having to be funny and entertaining on the spot.

Television:

South Park, The Simpsons, The Sopranos, don't do a lot of TV. Now that I've shown you how smart I am...next question, oh, just for the record, I don't watch sports.

Books:

oops, see interests. I've got so many different interests going, let's see though, the last few books I read were about Che Huevera, the Mexican Revolution, Memoirs of a Geisha and a series of documentaries on South American Politics.

Heroes:

Well, Che comes to mind, Pancho Villa too. Maybe hero isn't the right word for the average person doing what he/she knows what needs to be done.At the risk of seeming ridiculous, let me say that the true revolutionary is guided by a great feeling of love. It is impossible to think of a genuine revolutionary lacking this quality. Ernesto Che Guevara

This Was Your Life
