When Jesse was born

When Jesse Was Born explores the turbulent, sometimes painful, and often humorous lives of one blue-collar family as they welcome their third son into their chaotic world. Awkwardly falling in love, 14-year-old, Danny Ferrell seeks his father Harold's approval while defiantly challenging his criminal behaviour. Harold Ferrell's attempts to provide for his growing family through petty crime are motivated by the best of intentions, but ultimately the worst sort of tragedy hits as Harold tries to protect his family from a situation he has created.
