I'm a commercial real estate broker, general contractor, and developer. My new project is @ 1720 Capitol Avenue in Sacramento (across the street from Zocalo Restaurant) I am remodeling a victorian office building. It's going to be a great project and I am really excited. I am also a musician and I play in the 4:30 Sunday choir at Presentation Catholic Church. I also play a solo bass act for my own enjoyment and I'm in a band: Delta Breeze.net. We just played for the Make A Wish event at the Convention Center.
