Since its inception the gathering has grown to a weekend long event and broadened its purpose. The festival acts as a platform for local artists and musicians to share their talents as well engaging our community to discuss and exchange ideas concerning environmental, social, and humanitarian needs. Our mission is to help generate renewal within the community by building a shared sense of social responsibility and community ownership. Our goal is to use All-betterfest as a grassroots event to celebrate the arts and the music that unites us as well as help create a spring board for social awareness and action. We include artists and musicians of a wide array of genres and mediums in an attempt to include the whole community. Ab n Jacks All-betterfest has attracted roughly 300 attendees each year but has continuously switched venues each year as well. Having a more permanent home would help foster growth in both attendance and the overall success and potential of our mission. This will be Ab n Jack's second year at the beautiful Snipe's Farm in Buck's County PA. Proceeds will go towards The Farm School @ Snipes. The event will take place July 24-26, 2009.
