Born and raised in south-central Los Angeles, Chif has been involved with music production since he was in the 6th grade. He attended Hamilton Music Academy where he majored in Electronic Music. His music is an organized blend of hard-hitting drums as well as heavy synth and keys. He also raps. His rapping style is aggressive yet commercial with a strong west-coast influence. Some of his favorite artists include Dr. Dre, Eminem, Busta Rhymes, Timbaland as well as Ludacris.
