Jason started performing vocally in high school, in school productions of cats, evita, grease etc. then when he moved to Vancouver in 1995 where he began performing impersonations of male and female musicians.Since beginning a small career in impersonation he has performed with bif naked as bif naked, ans hehad small parts and extra work in movies.Jason has performed in many clubs and many different local, out of town and high profile events. Some of his popular characters includes madonna, golfrapp, ladytron, bif naked, annie lennox and gwen stefani. His goal was to recreate a moment and a look that would be as exact as he can get itone of my most memorable compliments has been "wow..thats as close to the real thing as I will ever get!" Compliments like that are truly amazing, as this has always been his goals with the performances.In 2004 he had decided that he wanted to record his own music and to express himself in a different way. H met up with a good friend of his Tony and they began creating music and recording some trakz for a record! Vanity boi, In my room, Lifted, cobblestone etc.Vanity Boi was his very first recording, he wrote the trak and tony had created the music, as is the process for all their work we have completed togeather. So far the trak has been included on the promotional cd for celebrities night club in Vancouver!Jason now has met Lolipop who is a real inspiration for me, he pushes me to be more creative and to be equaly as proactive! Lolipop has written new trakz that they will be recording together in the next year .after that they will combine our traks with the work they have completed with tony and create one killa album!
