Its leadership comes from democratically-elected men and women. The individual is responsible for the pursuit of truth, spiritual growth and daily prayer.BAHA'I': scriptures and writings (from the 19th Century) teach the **EQUALITY of Men and Women** and **RACE UNITY** and the need to overcome prejudices and to love people of all nations and classes and cultures and colors.THE BAHA'I FAITH: is the largest religious minority in several countries, including Iran, Guyana, and several Pacific Island nations.
