My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I have MET and actually worked FOR Alicia Keys. I painted the official ALICIA KEYS FANCLUB poster. Alicia, myself and others later auctioned off the original painting for her charity. I also did illustrations for the fanclub newsletter. Back in my journalism days I interviewed Ray Harryhausen for Model and Toy Collector magazine. I also contributed photos and articles on modelbuilding. I met actor Richard(SHAFT)Roundtree at a blaxploitation convention.I saw his films in the theatre as a kid in the 70's. I was working as a vendorat this con. When the workday was over, the vendors all went dancing.I never dreamed I would be boogying on the dancefloor with one of my heroes. I did a reading of a play written by Ossie Davis and Ruby Dee called BIG JOHN BOSCOE MEETS THE DEVIL. Of course I remember them from many films....and was a fan. As I was doing the reading, it seemed so funny that people I'd admired as a kid would be watching ME read THEIR work.
