I like any music with integrity and guitars in it. I like films and any kind of creative media, and getting drunk on JD when the mood takes me. I'm into my PC's too. I Can't stop playing Battlefield 2 online. I also play Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter in a clan called The Unknown Ghosts (.TuG.) Find out more at WWW.tugteam.com And last but by no means least my fiancee Gaynor!
God, and ask him what is this all about? And where can I get tickets to see heavens house band.
Anything from Johnny cash to Killswitch Engage. I'm big fan of Soundgarden and really like what Audioslave are doing. I'll give anything a listen really, Zakk Wylde QOTSA, My Chemical Romance, the Killers, and Funeral For a Friend, John 5's solo stuff is amazing. Love classic stuff like Alice in Chains,Rage Agianst the Machine, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Guns n' Roses,Skid Row,Black Crowes, Faith No More, Queen, Gordon Giltrap is astoundingly good. You really know when your getting old 'cos the stuff you were listening to in college is now under the classic banner. I really like Avenged Sevenfold, they are amazing live. The great Bob Dylan, The Band, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Rolling Stones. Even Van Halen gets a listen sometimes, not cool, but damn that guy can play. Check out Rodrigues and Gabrielle for some awesome flamenco style tunes. And of course, Paco de Lucia. On a lighter note, check out Fantasia On A Theme by Vaughan Williams, quite possibly the best piece of classical music ever written.
The best film ever made is Cinema Paradiso, no question. Another one lately I've seen in Belleville Rendevous, hysterical. Then the usual. Starwars, LOTR. Check out Nightwatch, the Russian one, totally fantastic. If you fancy a laugh try Napoleon Dynamite, the funniest film ever made. Still have a look at Japanese cinema, especially horror. The Ring, the Eye, Grudge. All the far superior to the American remakes. I'm a big fan of Fellini, that guy had the best sense of humour.
Not really into telly. I like Grays Anatomy though. Band of Brothers was extraordinary too. And you can't beat a bit of Bully!!
I loved Black Hawk Down for it's stark realisation of a terrible event, fantastic. Anything by Terry Pratchet, a genius. Andy McNab'n non fiction stuff is great. Tom Clancey writes some interesting stuff.
Too many. Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash, Dimebag, Django, Chris Cornell, Tom Morello, Casius Clay, Joe Satriani, John Fogarty, Dixie Dean......and of course Wolverine.
