Chad Hochberg

Drummer Chad Hochberg, originally from the Boston area, is now a resident of Brooklyn NY where he regularly performs as well as maintaining a teaching studio. After finishing a degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Chad relocated to Brooklyn and has been working at various venues around the city since. Between his time in NYC and Michigan Chad has been fortunate to perform with such artists as Hank Jones, Chris Potter, Arthur Blythe and Ed Sarath. Chad has studied with many great teachers including: Gary Fieldman, Ellen Rowe, Michael Gould, Geri Allen, Bob Hurst, and Ed Sarath. Recent projects have included recording for upcoming CDs by Andrew Kratzat. As well as John Nam's "No Regrets." Recent tours have included a South Korean tour to promote John's latest album.
