Ayahuasca Medicinal Songs

This music was recorded in the Peruvian rain forest during the summer of 2005. All music that you will hear on this site was performed by a shaman and his three apprentices. These are live recordings and often times you may hear coughing, insects, birds...maybe even spirits...For those of you unfamiliar with ayahuasca, it is considered one of the seven major plant teachers that exist on planet earth. While I was in Peru recording these songs, I drank ayahuasca and learned many important lessons. I learned about myself, love, people and a million other little/huge things. Interestingly, these lessons have continued in my everyday life up to this very day. These songs stand as sonic reminders of these wonderful and important lessons.
