We are often asked, "What does job mean?", "What does it stand for?" First of all, we are not a Christian-Rock band. Some of us are Christian; some of us are not. Each one of us is different from the next; however, we are all bound together by something unexplainable, something bigger than the sum of its parts.I will attempt to explain the unexplainable with a simple phrase (as cliche'd as it may sound)- "Bad things happen to good people." Whatever higher power you believe in (if in any at all), allows these things to happen. Is there a purpose?- a reason? If so, to what end? Some believe, "What doesn't kill me, makes me stronger." Others believe, "What doesn't kill me, can certainly still hurt me."Whatever you believe, there is still one undeniable truth: Bad things happen to good people. This is a fact, a fact that brings us all together- to suffer together- to survive together.When all is said and done, Job is far more than just a band... it is a brotherhood... a binding force.
