Since her first word echoed around her, she could sing. From the moment she learned to talk, singing has come naturally to Stephanie. Her love of music and song grew with age and by the time she was sixteen, had performed musical roles in many performances with theatre groups.
Attended performing arts summer school for six years and performed solo at charity events. After leaving school, Stephanie went to Hull College and gained a BTEC National Diploma in Popular Music. During this time she was the lead vocalist, percussion and keyboard player with the band she was assigned to, Maine Road, who performed at various events held by the college.
After completing the course, Stephanie attended the Access to Music Creating Music Through Technology course through East Riding College. During this period, her alter ego, Lil' Miss Debauched / Debauched Music was created. Stephanies love of sound and obscurity lead her to create her own unique nu-breed of techno, boasting dirty funk, disco grooves, acid and ska.
Whilst attending the course, Stephanie met Messica (DJ, Producer and founder of The Bad Girlz, with whom Stephanie later became the vocalist) The course gave Stephanie the opportunity to have vocal coaching with jazz singer Martin 'Mad Dog' Jones whos amazing teaching improved Stephanies vocal talent further and challenged her voice to acheive new things (which she later did, live bootleg performances with The Bad Girlz). During her time at Access to Music, Stephanie gained valuable skills, the course sylable helped her to improve her composition and broadened her musical knowledge.
In November 2006, Stephanie was approached by Messica who had been searching for a vocalist to enhance the performances made by The Bad Girlz. DJs, Dancers and a vocalist. Stephanies confidence and musical style was a welcome addition to The Girlz and her amazing live bootlegs always go down a storm. As the live bootlegs progressed, Stephanie began to sing songs she had written.

The first one was a track called The Bad Girlz, Stephanies self penned title track for the collective which became Release The Bad Girlz, a bootleg with Chris Lake track Release. This track was first performed at Blue in Newcastle early in 2007. The track has recently been given a makeover for the new year by Hull based producer Nightfall. As a member of The Bad Girlz, Stephanie has performed at many events throughout the UK. Gladrags (Leeds), TONK! (Hastings) City Therapy (Newcastle) and Oh My Gosh (Hull) to name a few.
2008 has started off with a bang for Stephanie, she has been recording more material for Nightfall and with JK (Twisted Spirit) from Headcharge Recordings. With the release date now in sight for tracks on both Headcharge Recordings and Toolbox Music, this year is most definitely about Stephanie's voice.
