About Me

Yo everybody, my name is Katie and I'm 21 years old. I'm a student at Rutgers U., double majoring in political science and linguistics. I don't know what the heck I was thinking, but hopefully it pays off in the end. I also work as a gymnastics coach, sometimes I like my job and other times... I'll leave it at that.
I have a wonderful boyfriend, who means so much to me. I can definitely say I have never been so happy and content with someone ever. I wish I could spend every second of every minute of every day with you too! :)
My sister and I both like to argue over who's the princess in the family, but we both know that we're far from being princesses. (But really, it's me.;)) In spite of thinking this, I am definitely not high maintenance, and don't ask for much. I'm rather laidback, but not to the point of being a lazy bum either. School is very important to me and I try to stay as focused as possible, though this can sometimes be difficult to maintain because I can be easily baited by my friends. And then it comes back and bites me in the butt by having to stay up till 2am studying. At times I can be shy, but once I come out of my shell I may never shut up.
I love to dance, which includes going to clubs (I even dance in my car); music; the beach; swimming; hiking; tanning; warm weather; going to parties; hanging out with friends; driving; languages; animals (I am such a sucker for them); relaxing, whenever possible; honesty; laughing; my car; watching movies; NYC; now karaoke thanks to my duet buddy, Kyle :D ; and singing in my car (even though I can't carry a tune).
I don't like liars; fake people (trust me, I can see through you); cold weather; cold rain. Oh and did I mention that I HATE liars?!
I love to travel, but have only travelled along the east coast and as far west as Indiana. Indianapolis is actually pretty nice, but the surrounding area - I would die of boredom. However, that will change this summer when I go away to Italy for a month!!!!!!! :)

My Interests

swimming, going to the beach, clubs, movies, hanging out with friends, listening to music, surfing the net (when I have time), foreign languages, ice skating, RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS and trampoline (2 very cool sports in case you don't know about them), going to the gym (of course), but not the "gym" that everyone else refers too. I'm a big fan of Cirque du Soleil (circus from Canada that travels the world.)

I'm not interested in meeting anyone from online. I only use this to keep in touch with people.

Wait for the guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will lie under the stars and listen to your heart beat or will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off to the world when you're in sweatpants, who holds your hand in front of his friends, who thinks your as pretty without make up... One who is constantly reminding you how much he cares and how lucky he is to have you. Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says "thats her"
