Hopefully surfing again when it gets a bit warmer... cooking, even though i do it for a job.... i still love creating something.... especially for friends and family! Sleeping, but i never seem to get much of it! Listening to music on my Ipod on the busy trains, i really keeps me from snapping at the rude and angry commuters! .... and ofcourse watching my favourite tv shows and movies(see huge listings below!)

Music..... ummm bit of everything i guess! Favourite at the moment is The Japanese Popstars.... not actually from Japan but from Ireland.... and they make ya wanta dance(even if ya cant like me!!!). Some of my other favourite bands/artists are as follows: Muse, Jack Johnson, John Butler Trio, Ben Harper, Krafty Kuts, Plump DJs, Underworld, Audioslave, Powderfinger & Bernard Fanning, The Cardigans, The Cat Empire(my essential saturday music), Wolfmother, The Tea Party, System of a Down (for those times when you need a bit of harsh grinding music to get you through something), Salmonella Dub (amazing music if anyone hasnt heard already!), Queens of the Stone Age, Angelo Badalamenti, Booka Shade, LTJ Bukem, Pendulum (for westies they are damn good), The Avalanches, Fatboy Slim, Hyper, Incubus and loads and loads more. .. width="425" height="350" ..
I watch nearly anything..... most recent good movie was Wedding Crashers, Taladega (spelling???) Nights, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of our Fathers, I could go on and on about recently viewed movies but instead ill just run through some of my favourites. Alien Trilogy, All David Lynch movies.... i like a movie that makes you think a bit, 21 Grams, Indiana Jones trilogy, Star Wars movies (old more than new), Lord of the Rings trilogy... you get the distinct impression that i like trilogies, Kevin Smith movies (Even Jersey Girl!!! - Dont understand why people bag it out!) Old classics like Casablanca and Maltese Falcon, all Alfred Hithcock, Godfather (yes... you guessed it... 1,2 &3) Kids, CKY movies, Warriers....actually no.... that was a joke! Gangster movies like Casino, Good Fellas, and Donnie Brasco. And the list continues.....
All time favourite would have to be 24..... but also in there are Lost, Prison Break, Vanished, Weeds, Trailer Park Boys (Cheers to the guy that told me about them) Sopranos, Wonder Years (im being serious) Alias, Twin Peaks (cheers to my brother for getting me into that!), Ramsey's kitchen Nightmares, Kitchen Confidential, Jamies Kitchen, Jamies School Dinners, Life on Mars, Six Feet Under, Deadwood, amd the list goes on.....! Im currently watching Carnivale... it also rates very highly!!!
Never been one to find time to sit and read a book, maybe why i have some literacy problems.... but when i do find the time it is usually real life accounts like "First They Killed My Father"... a true account of the massacre of so many Cambodians in the Khmer Rouge Era, "4000 Days - My Life and Survival in a Bangkok Prison" tells Warren Fellows story of how he got caught smuggling drugs from Thailand to Australia..... great book... and the usual chef's bundle of "Kitchen Confidential", "A Cooks Tour" and many others!
