I love to travel, to experience new places and absorb the atmosphere they have to offer. I enjoy reading. Movies and music also top my list of favorite things. I have always had a strong interest in all things supernatural... and yes, I DO believe in ghosts. :)

My time as a travel nurse has been a truly rewarding experience. I have met so many wonderful people! Good conversation with intelligent, open minded people is always worthwhile. I enjoy getting to know people from all over... without diversity, life would be boring!
My music appreciation is pretty eclectic. I listen to everything from Big Band to Marilyn Manson. I discovered "Nick Moss and The Flip Tops" this past year when we saw them perform live in Eureka Springs, AR. Hell of a GREAT time, rockin' with the best of Nick's Chicago Blues!! Some of my favorite songs are "House of the Rising Sun",(acoustic version/vocals performed by my husband)..."Sunday Kind of Love", by Etta James, "Daughters", by John Mayer and "Nothing Else Matters", by Metallica. I've always been partial to acoustic guitar and piano.
Too many to name them all because movies are on my list of favorite things... but a good, edge of your seat Thriller is always great and I've always had an appreciation for the classic horror films. Best movie I have seen recently is, "PS, I love you", EXCELLENT movie!! Funny, tear jerking, roller coaster of a flick. Oh... and I'm an Adam Sandler FREAK!

I read mostly supernatural-suspense/ romantic-suspense, and murder mysteries. My favorite escape: choose a good book, go to a quiet little coffee shop, sit in a comfy chair, sip a soothing cup of White Chocolate Mocha and just breathe.....
Hmmmm... It's dangerous business making another person your "hero". Something I learned from a very special person (Grandma Bea) is that it's just best to plot your chart and believe in your own ability to achieve the goals you have set. My three children and my career are all proof of my success.
