In February 2007 Yann Sorel decides to go and
check out his old mate Oliver who's gigging at the Entr'act
in La Valette (France) with Steamroller.
Oliver is just back from the UK where he's been living and
working regularly for the past 12 years.
After a soulful blues jam, they quickly make plans
to just do it again..
DA BOOGIE POP is basically the fusion between STEAMROLLER
and the Da Boogie Pop duo Sorel/Pomares.
The rest, that's the audience (getting bigger everytime )
which has build it up.
