Since the formation of the band five years ago,the first gig the band did was at the rehersal pub The Chequers, and after a main public performance at a local radio station rock night the band got the first taste of publicity from the local paper with a glowing review.After a couple of years the bands drummer Phil "Animal" Marke left the band to move up north for work commitments where he is now the drummer for a Jethro Tull tribute band but still has time to come and see us if he is free.After a brief stint with other drummers which in hindsight was not a good idea we aquired the the talents of our recent drummer Phil "Fistin" Lovell. After further gigs we got our reputation as one of the most sort after Grantham bands, with covers of American and British bands with such classics as Mustang Sally, Johnny b.Goode, Hard to handle we were building up quite a set list.As the gigs got better we aquired more songs to perform plus writting our own material which makes up to over 60+ songs under our belts which also led us to win a battle of the bands competition and local radio play and further a field in Thailand.During the past few years we have recorded two albums "A fistfull of jellybeans" and "Back to where we started". Both of which can be purchased through the bands official website.
the band have also had the pleasure of performing twice in two years at the Cavern club in Liverpool. We are now concentrating on more British bands.The majority of gigs are through word of mouth or someone has seen a previous performance, and books them there and then.
