Theo started playing blues music at the age of 12 and made a side step to Rock, Funk and Punk.
A drum teacher and sometimes the funny guy in the band(s). Theo was born and raised in Amsterdam, lived a while in Winchester CA, and is now living in Arnhem (The Netherlands).
Black Top & Theo released their debut album Rough ‘n Gritty on December 14th 2008. Featuring in Black Top are Mick Hup Guitar & Vocals and Hills Bass & Vocals. Theo’s band the MarbleTones is a roots blues band playing American west-coast 1960’s style blues. The MarbleTones have recorded 3 cd’s and toured California and the United Kingdom in 2006 / 2007. They’ve split in December 2008.
