N'DEFRU , 'Prince of God', King Priest of the Jungle', manifests classic hip-hop in a combination of soul, jazz, rhythm and blues, rock, and funk. His ressurgence begins with NDEPENDENT FRUITION an ode to self-awareness. Produced near completely by KEYA SOL the album is driven, by melees of drums and millenial sounds, and accelerates into a depth of destiny and reprisal.
While in work on the NDE.FRU (Ndependent Fruition), Day regained his mojo with that VA player driven music, linked up with long time ally Ray Majors and began THE MAC Album MIXTAPE (both now due for 08' releases).
He is best described as the composite hybrid of a versed poet, innovative lyricist, social philosopher, progressive writer, and business pioneer.
