About Me

Easy going, quiet but friendly, silly and serious. I'm 34, into electronica type stuff and teach Art & Design. (Well someone has to.) Enjoy my career but like my friends better. I've got a creative streak but don't use it as often as I should as lazyness is also a problem.

I made my myspace layout using Pimp-My-Profile.com

My Interests

Art galleries and museums for brain food. Pubs 'cos life looks more rosey through the bottom of a pint glass. Drawing and painting, making stuff. Cycling in the countryside. Frizbie in the park. Hill walking. Beach combing. Sunsets. Nights out in London. Curry, sushi bars, music gigs, sci-fi, B movies, foreign films, Liverpool FC and all sorts of weird and wonderful books.

I'd like to meet:

Folks with a story or two to tell, Rembrandt, Gustave Klimt, people who want to buy me drinks and my future wife. Always nice to make new friends and hear about different places, hence signing on here.Dinner with Spike Milligan, Bill Bailey and Harry Hill. A young Katy Manning for some fluffy loveliness and a bunch of interesting musicians: Dave Edwards, Ian Curtis, Sid Barrett. Jesus for a bit of spiritual wisdom. If you like to travel, posses a bit of wisdom from life experience and have a laugh then I'd like to meet you too..

Music:

Electronica, drum 'n bass, deep house and indie. Anything that lifts the soul.

Movies:

Big Lebowski, Brazil, Shawshank Redemption, Big Trouble in Little China, The Fisher King, Clockwork Orange, Delicatessen, Akira Kurosawa films... I could go on but I can't be arsed.

Television:

Books:

Ian Banks, Frank Skinner/Bob Geldof biography, history books, some classics, Pratchett, Irvine Welsh. Sci-Fi and Horror genres are good.

Heroes:

Brits not the only piss heads...

Went down to Regent's Park, last weekend, only to discover it was overun by several thousand inebriated Aussies. The "Toast" festival, Australia's excuse for a national piss up, was in full ...
