I'm Joel

About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Formed in 1973, "I'm Joel" did not release their first song to the public until 2006. Did it take a while? Yes, 33 years to be exact. Was it worth it? Not worth more than a common fart...a common musical fart to be exact. I'm Joel spent many years and many dollars on musical training and equipment, but what always eluded him was the prespective, understanding and clarity of the massive heartbreak and the emotional truama he has experienced in life that begets a songwriter. Finally is 2006 some of this became clear. I'm Joel was then able to channel this into a few coherent songs. From all this, and offered here to you, are a few lo-fi jems for you to listen to, analyze, to see if you get it, or can relate to, and to enjoy. Here's the trailer for the film that I was an associate producer on...I hope you enjoy it!
