About Me
I’m David, I’m new on Myspace, I love to fish. Iv'e been fishing my whole life. I caught my first fish when I was three years old. I don't know what kind the fish was. By the age of five, I caught my first walleye. It was five pounds and I brought it in all by myself. My favorite fish to catch is a walleye. Why? Because i love putting a minnow on a jig and sending it to the bottom. About 30 to 40 feet down. I love the feel of pulling the fish right off the bottom. I go to Canada for this great action and time. I’m 16 years old right, know and I’m currently a Jr. in high school. I love to fish for any other species also. It doesn’t matter the size or length If its a fish I’m fishing for it. So, currently in my life time I’m, a very active fisherman but, towards the end of my life. I hope to own my very own fish farm. If your a fish farmer or know a lot about fish farming. Please leave me a message. I really couldn't live if i couldn't fish. People a school call me fish boy because of my obsession with fishing. So if you love fishing please be my friend and help support the sport of fishing. Here’s a fishing story about me a couple of years ago. I was fishing at a pond near my house, on a dock. I was using just a regular split knot rig with a bobber. This pond had small largemouth bass, massive bluegill, goldfish, crappie, and lots of different kinds of catfish. so, I put my line on the side of the dock and waited for my bobber to go under water.( There were tons of giant bluegill in this pond. Which would bite on, any thing you put out there. They would even bite on a bare hook. I put the end of the tip of the pole in the water they would even bite that. The bobber would also get bite on. When I looked into the water you just bluegill). So a second later, after i put my hook in. The bobber went straight under water and I set the hook but, the line broke. I then, said some words that I later took back. I looked at the water and i saw my bobber moving just under the waters surface. I watched it go out to the middle of the pond and for a second it was gone. And then I saw it again it was coming back. The bobber went right under the dock but, I was waiting for it on the other side. I got on my stomach and leaned off of the dock. I then saw it and I reached my hand into the water. I had it,I picked the fish up on the other line by the bobber. It was just a bluegill, but a great story to have. so, if your line breaks that doesn’t mean you offically lost the fish. Meaning a (bluegill). Back to fishing in Canada. You can go to any of the seven lakes. You live in a cabin, away from any civilization, up to fifty miles. So your pretty much in the middle of no where, buts thats what i like about it. Theres no competion for fishing. A float plane will fly over the once or twice a day. This is so if someone gets hurt, you will flip over a board on the dock. One sides green(meaning every things good~don't need to land)and red (meaning some things wrong~need to land now).So you need to be very careful all the time. The lake that i go to is called Knox. There are many different kinds of fish in these lakes, world class walleye fishing, northern pike, yellow perch, white fish and in one or two lakes bass.
