Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't

About Me

I have a BA in Communication from UC Davis, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my Teaching Credential and Masters of Arts with an emphasis in Language and Literacy through the Sac State Graduate program. I am extremely passionate about children and literacy, and I look forward to making a positive impact in many little lives. I am blessed to have the opportunity to follow my lifelong dream of becoming a teacher, and I am fortunate to have such a loving family behind me to love and support me!I have two beautiful children: A 5 year old stepson named Clay, and an almost 2 year old named Chloe. They are the lights of my life, and I would be lost without them! My husband, Tom and I will be celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary on July 4th, 2007! When time allows, we love frequenting Sacramento Kings games and spending weekends at the family cabin in Sea Ranch, along the Northern California coast.Get Your Own! | View Slideshow

My Interests

Cherishing every moment that I have with my beautiful family. I LOVE scrapbooking, pictures, great friends, laughing, staying in bed on rainy days, long talks about nothing, sitting in front of a hot fire in the winter, irish cream mocha's with whipped cream, the smell of crisp autumn mornings, falling leaves, the Northern California seascape, secluded beaches.
