As some of you may know, I have not always been Rainbow Brite. My original name is actually Wisp. As a young orphan girl, I was taken by a sphere of light to a land without color. It is here that I took on the task of saving Rainbow Land. Twink was the first friend I encountered on my journey. It was Twink and I that rescued Starlight, who had been frozen in ice. Soon after, I discovered the magical colorbelt and my dear Red Butler in a cave while seeking shelter from the rain. It is in this cave that the rest of the color kids were revealed to me. Through the help of my new friends, I was able to save Rainbow Land and was given the name Rainbow Brite. My friends and I have had many adventures thereafter. Nowadays, I still reside in Rainbow Land along with my horse Starlight, the sprites, my wonderful boyfriend Red Butler, and the rest of the color kids. We still work hard to bring color to the world every spring!
