I started this musical endeavour by having bass guitar inflicted upon me back in '94 to make up numbers in a dellusional (of the moment) band. Learning how to play many more instruments and use studio equipment with my school mates (by literally teaching ourselves/each other) we started a campaign to take over the world, ok, so that never happened but luckilly we learnt a few vital lessons from the whole 'Spinal Tap'esque' experience. One of the most important lessons I learnt was the ability of being able to look back and laugh at our naive attempts. Through our little carear we managed to record an EP and develop a back catalogue of literally 10's of songs! Despite poking fun - I actually loved being part of that experience. Leaving all that behind for a second, I had another attempt at trying to further my music with around 3 other bands, which more or less imploded and left me in the preverbial - so to speak. Well as the saying goes, 'Those who can - do, those who can't - teach' so that is what I decided to do. I am now on the cusp of being a qualified music teacher, ok, so I'm not gonna be getting number one albums in the charts, but I don't care, I actually get a vast level of enjoyment of helping kids to achieve their potential. I still find time to record my own music and hopefully will try and put an EP out at some point. I still play in bands and on the more technical side, I have arranged, produced and recorded songs with some of my exceptionally talented/musical friends, so all in all, life is sweet. THE END
