About Me

Musician composer and teacher Katy has been working with a variety of musicians:

The first 2 recordings above, have been co-written with Nora Bullock (pianist) over the past years, are a mixed bag of Jazz and groove based tunes which are performed thoughout London with a Quintet.
Katy plays with 'Paseo Malanga' (www.paseomalanga.co.uk) a Cuban street band. Making the whole world smile, it totally suits the 'run around the streets with aload of Cuban obsessed folk' type. They have been gigging in Bosnia to Hackney and hope for more adventures
Katy also plays some percussion with Verdevai a samba group who perform regulary in Quanabara, the Nottinghill Carnival and thoughout the Europe. (www.verdivai.com)
Composition wize KT is currently writing songs and performing with guitar, with the band growing for an album to be released in the near future and many of her tracks have been co-produced with Andy Browning a talented electro sound and bassist. Check out www.myspace/trixiediscolexic for recordings so far. And and and...... also worked with Malcom Fisher, the Scottish pianist who lives and works in Milan. They have worked together with Sally Titterington (check out the Video 'Strange' and 'Crazy Girl') You can find more work KT have done with them at myspace.com/urbanpicnic
Not satisfied with all this KT also plays the piano accordian which has taken her to venues such as Royal festival Hall and Conway hall involved with a theatre group 'The New Factory of the Eccentric Actor'
Amongst all this Katy also teaches music to all ages, imparting her creative energy through musical and drama games to help pupils enjoy and develop their skills....watch this space
KT can also be heard on the track 'Davy' at www.danchurch.co.ukI made my myspace layout using Pimp-My-Profile.com
