I live in New Orleans and when I am not on tour with a band, I am rebuilding a home that was flooded and gutted after Katrina. A house is like the ultimate sculpture. You have to make it beautiful, yet at the same time you have to make it practical. You can tear down walls, but you can't compromise the integrity of the structure. Like music, you have to find the happy medium of art and science.
