About Me
Abysmal Chaos started in October 2005, originally as Nocturnal Abyss. Nocturnal Abyss was formed as way for us to express our views on Satan, Chaos, Anti-Cosmic Gnosis, Suicide, and Dark Ritual Magick. It all started after a long night of Alcohol/Drug use and Devil Worship with Mattias (drums, guitar, songwriting, and vocals) and Demericus (bass, guitar, and backing vocals).
A few months later during the same year, Wolfe was commenced into the chaos of our existence, playing guitar and also contributing to songwriting.
The lineup was then officially changed to Mattias on drums, all vocals, and guitar, Demericus on bass, and Wolfe on guitar.
Then along came 2007. Wolfe was left with no choice but to leave our dark existence, due to personal issues that had arose within his life. We then had the official lineup as: Mattias on drums, all guitars, and all vocals, and Demericus on bass. Thus, the band was officially changed to Abysmal Chaos, to represent the true blackness of the black flame which illuminates our eternal path to Chaos.
The music we play is raw, grim, cold and dark, to release an atmosphere of pure darkness.
